Monday

1710-1840 Gold, Silver & Bronze squads.

Wednesday

(4 lanes reducing to 3 lanes for last part of session to include LTS)

1600-1730 Bronze Link, Water Dragons.

Thursday

1710-1810 Bronze squads. 1710-1910 Gold, Silver 

Friday

1800-1900  Water Dragons.

1900-2000 Gold, Silver and Bronze Squads,

2000-2100 Gold, Silver, Bronze. Masters

Sunday

No sessions at the moment

Membership - All new swimmers are welcome to enjoy a 4 week free trial period, after this time you will be required to register for tier membership with the Leisure Centre and with WASA (Swim Wales)
