Normal Training from Friday 3rd January 2025

Monday

1710-1840 Gold, Silver & Bronze squads.

Wednesday

(4 lanes reducing to 3 lanes for last part of session to include LTS)

1600-1730 Bronze Link, Water Dragons.

Thursday

1710-1810 Gold, Silver and Bronze squads. 1810-1910 Gold, Silver and Masters.

Friday

1800-1900 Bronze Link, Water Dragons.

1900-2000 Gold, Silver and Bronze Squads, Bronze Link.

2000-2100 Gold, Silver, Bronze.

Sunday

0800-0930 ALL SQUADS

Membership - All new swimmers are welcome to enjoy a 4 week free trial period, after this time you will be required to register for tier membership with the Leisure Centre and with WASA (Swim Wales)
